Restaurant Rotunde in Bochum

I have never (!) Eaten here, but this place is a good address for a neat gin and tonic: Sufficient selection of gins (in my opinion, you don't need more than ten), Fever Tree available and it is served in a friendly and creative way in an appealing, subtly sound-filled environment. =)

Very chilled and at the highest level. All classic cocktails adorn the excellent menu and you only have to look 30 meters east across the street to be able to amuse yourself at the always predictable bustle at the starting point of the Bochumer Ballermanns aka "Bermuda Triangle" ... Top ****

My experience on site was absolutely positive: delicious food, great location and professional as well as friendly service. I think the 1-star fake troll reviews circulating here are anti-social and harmful to business, ugh!

Well done all round. We had shrimp risotto and kikok chicken with polenta and were extremely satisfied. The food was very tasty, good quality, the service friendly and quick. We had a wonderful evening there.

Small menu and yet it is difficult to decide which of these fantastic dishes to choose. We were now often eating here and everything was just right, the service, the food, the ambience ... just perfect and we look forward to the next visit!

5-star reviews from employees and friends to spice up the average, so you don't deal with constructive criticism! All in all, I have to say: the location once had potential, unfortunately, disguised fine dining moved into the time-honored walls.

This place didn't deserve a drum roll. Maximum disappointment after years of loyalty. It was cold and I don't just mean the food, but also the treatment of the staff as well as the general climate of this establishment. Too bad .. really too bad. :(

It is a mixture of culinary amateurism and interpersonal arrogance that distinguishes this place. The tree used to be on fire at the parties in the shop, today there are more clowns working in the rotunda than at Roncalli.

Brick walls, an open kitchen and a chalk board - you've seen it a thousand times before. Only here is it even less original. Too bad that Bochum's best party location had to make way for that.

Great store with a refreshing concept. Constantly changing, small menu, all lovingly prepared in an open kitchen, where you can watch the well-trained cooks conjuring up the excellent delicacies. Of particular note is that there is no deep fryer! The service is great, the ambience also invites you to linger a while, e.g. at the well-stocked bar, which not only has a well-coordinated selection of wines and spirits, but also exquisite cocktails. The price of the card is in the middle segment, but both food and drinks are worth every penny. Highly recommended!

We were there with six people last night. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and freshly prepared a la minute. The service was friendly and tried very hard to prepare a nice evening. We will definitely come back regularly.

Incredibly delicious, high quality food. Very nice atmosphere away from the hectic Bermudatrubels with a view of the countryside, so unique in Bochum. In fine weather, it can be enjoyed on the terrace in the sun. Feeling little visited, incomprehensible from my point of view, because very stylish in the middle of downtown Bochum and yet remote.
